PLEASE NOTE This facility will not be free. Please see some examples of my charges below:

  • A full Jumps Training Year from October through to the end of the competition period will cost £97.
  • These training programme come with full e-mail support throughout the time-span of the training programme.
  • I will gladly negotiate if you want something a bit more specific. Just email me at nigel.lewis2a@virgin.net 

MORE DETAIL

 The training programmes are in THREE specific age defined groupings.

  1. The Younger Jumper [15-17 years]. This is a very important age group and is very technical based with the technical development of the jumper hindmost.
  2. The Junior Jumper [17-20 years]. This age group BUILDS on from the 15-17 age group. Technical skilled developed is now enhanced with the introduction of specific strength programmes and the development of maximal and optimal speed.
  3. The Senior Jumper [20+ years]. Your jumper has now come through two of the most difficult age groupings. He/she is now a fully dveloped jumper and the forthcoming training programmes have to be constructed carefully and sypathetically to ensure that there is steady improvement in personal performance.
