I'm on page 50 of your training book and I'm just in awe. I'm a little overwhelmed by all the info, but just loving it. I think this was the best money I've spent on training tools, so far. I'm really impressed with how technical it is, but doesn't sound like you're "better than us". I've spoken to a number of track coaches and their attitudes are awful. It's like they don't want the new guy to learn anything. God forbid my athlete learns something, and might be better than theirs! :) So, thank you for these manuals, blogs, newsletters, etc.

Kudos on a tremendous work! I am used to being disappointed with athletics training materials after review. Your manual, however, greatly exceeded my expectations. I can see 30 years of coaching experience in your book. It will take me all winter to work my way through all your material.
I was a competitive powerlifter for years (now 43 years old and have accumulated too many injuries to continue) and it appears that what you write about in the book and my athletics/jump training philosophies are much the same. However, your thinking is clearly more developed than mine in the context of jump training, so I look forward to really spending time with the book to more fully understand your approach.
